Established in 2005, Rethink Audio is the production company behind hit UK podcasts such as Happy Place, High Performance, Maddie’s Sound Explorers and The Week Unwrapped.
We design podcast formats that work for their target audience, and last for years to come.
Creating podcasts that engage audiences is the core of a successful show; growing audiences and building a community for each podcast gives them longevity.
As well as being award-winning producers, we offer various services including podcast development, audio production, video production, podcast marketing and PR, consultancy, podcast editing and training for producers and hosts.

Project Manager
Louise was a founding member of the Rethink Audio team. She manages our extensive portfolio of productions, oversees HR and policy and supports clients to ensure they're getting the most out of their podcasts.
Louise’s dynamic career has spanned training, youth work, event management and theatre in education in the UK and Europe.

Senior Producer
Ollie has over a decade's experience working in video and audio, spanning TV, digital, print and radio.
He has worked in the podcasting industry since 2015, both on and off the mic; being part of series that have picked up a British Podcast Award, an ARIA and a Sports Journalism Awards. At Rethink Audio Ollie produces Today In History, The Week Unwrapped & The Media Podcast.

Development and Production Manager
Dani has been part of Rethink Audio since 2019, developing a range of new productions within our slate.
She brings over a decade of experience in event management; devising event strategies, managing talent relationships, overseeing teams and delivering first-class events. She has worked in video production, making content for events and worked in Australia in the film industry.

Founder, Managing Director
Matt set up Rethink Audio, is the co-founder of the British Podcast Awards - the audio industry’s biggest annual event and is the co-founder of Podcast Discovery, the world’s largest marketing agency for the podcast industry.
He has worked in current affairs, journalism, entertainment, audio fiction and documentary, and is Media Law trained with BJTC accreditation.
With over fifteen years experience in the podcast sector, he has grown the company from a small drama podcast to a slate of over thirty productions - across different genres - for clients including YMU, Future Publishing, BAFTA, Haymarket and The Times as well as independent shows The Modern Mann, For F1’s Sake and The Media Podcast.
He has won Best Online Producer at the Audio Production Awards, three Radio Academy awards and a Prix Europa.
