Who needs a Commissioning Editor anyway?

Jimmy Mulville of Hat Trick (where I've had the honour of working on occasion) joined a panel including an 'anonymous producer' to talk pitching technique.

There was a quick turnaround on this edit to take advantage of those who couldn't join the sell-out audience live. I've kept in lots of the early banter as it often comes back into play later on - the beauty of podcasting is the lack of limits;  you can let a good story run to its natural conclusion.
